Typed telegram to JCRS from Mrs. M. [L.] Gootlieb [sic] in New York with a heading that reads, "THE WESTERN UNION TELEGRAPH COMPANY INCORPORATED...ROBERT C. CLOWRY," dated October 21st, 1908. The telegram reads, "Bury M. Gootlieb [sic] in Denver will telegraph expenses on advice answer cause of death." The telegram is unsigned but Mrs. M. [L. Gottlieb] is typed at the bottom.
