Typed letter to Bor[e]s Thomashefsky in Brooklyn, NY from Dr. Spivak dated October 31st, 1908. The letter explains that JCRS is "almost stationary in reference to the discharge and admission of patients," but thanks to Bessie Lieberman's friends (Thomashefsky included) she has now been admitted to the JCRS Sanatorium. Spivak thanks Thomashefsky for being a "best and most loyal friend" in New York. The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.
