Typed letter to H. Malachowsky [sic] in New York, NY from Dr. Spivak dated November 27th, 1908. The letter informs Malachousky that his cousin, Harry Malakoff, has been accepted into the JCRS Sanatorium after "a great deal of suspense" and thanks to Malachousky's "inter[c]ession." The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.
