Letter from C.D. Spivak to Boris Thomashefsky, 1908 October 22
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Boris Thomashefsky in Brooklyn, New York, informing him that the JCRS has sent a letter that says Samuel Kravitz has been accepted to admit into the Sanatorium. Kravitz was a patient in Thomashefsky's Sanatorium in New York. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
