Handwritten letter in ink from J.B. Blank in Des Moines, Iowa, to C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, thanking Spivak for helping Adolph Berman and admitting him into the JCRS Sanatorium. Blank states that Berman is an upright citizen and a "worthy Jewish fellow". Letter is singed in ink "J.B. Blank".
