Letter from C.D. Spivak to Dr. E. Harris, 1909 November 22
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Dr. E. Harris in Fall River, Massachussetts, stating that he has communicated with the Prop. of the Fern Hill Sanatorium and that she has reduced the bill by $25.00. Also that Mr. [Sam] Tonkonogy left the Sanatorium two weeks before his time expired without the consent of the superintendent. Spivak says that if he would have stayed in the Sanatorium and his fever kept up that his time at the JCRS would have been extended. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
