Scope and Contents
From the Series: This series of patient records includes medical reports and histories, statistical data of patients, x-rays, and death certificates. The patient files include applications, correspondence and some may also contain photographs and personal items.
Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
On the address side of the envelope is a postal stamp in black ink that reads "Plainfield, N.J. Nov 13 7-30P 1908." In the upper righthand corner there is a red stamp for 2 cents and the American flag in black ink is stamped across the red stamp. On the lefthand side is an image of a building and underneath, "Hotel Statler, Buffalo U.S.A."
