Typed letter on United Hebrew Charities of the City of New York letterhead from Sallie Heineman in New York, New York to "Dr. Charles D. Spieback[sic]" in Denver, Colorado requests information concerning final arrangements for Mr. Joseph Meyerowitz. Informs that the United Hebrew Charities of the City of New York has procured $50 and transportation for Mr. Joe Meyerowitz but Heineman wonders how long it will take to admit him to the Sanatorium. Letter is signed in black ink Sallie Heineman.
