Typed letter on United Hebrew Charities of the City of New York letterhead from Morris Waldman in New York, New York to "Dr. Spivack[sic]" in Denver, Colorado asking Dr. Spivak to entertain the application of "Joseph Meyrowitz[sic]" for admittance to the JCRS hospital and requests information on the conditions for admittance. Letter is signed in black ink Morris Waldman.
