Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mr. Max Robinson in Waterbury, Connecticut informs that enclosed with the letter is a bill for $11.90, which is the balance due for the board and lodging of Mr. Max Robinson's wife, Mrs. Lillie Robinson. Spivak informs that the bill was sent to the JCRS office by Mr. S.S. Garson with whom Mrs. Robinson lived with while waiting to be admitted to the Sanatorium. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
