Letter from C.D. Spivak to Mr. Julius Guttmann, 1908 November 5
Typed letter on JCRS letterhead from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mr. Julius Guttman[sic] in Saint Louis, Missouri informs that C.D. Spivak has received Julius Guttmann's letter of the 3rd. In regards to Julius Guttmann's inquiry, Spivak informs that the I.O.B.A. has given the following: "For the year 1904 the total contribution $1606.00, 1905 $857.00, 1906 $2486.90, 1907 $500.00, 1908 $2000.00." Spivak also informs that he is glad that Julius Guttmann had obtained $51.00 from the Nathan Frank Lodge. Spivak informs that Morris Goldman was admitted to JCRS Sanatorium August 4th, 1905 and discharged May 24th, 1906 and was readmitted March 25th, 1907 and again discharged February 10th, 1908. JCRS has not heard from Morris Goldman since his last stay at the Sanatorium Spivak informs. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.

From the Series: This series of patient records includes medical reports and histories, statistical data of patients, x-rays, and death certificates. The patient files include applications, correspondence and some may also contain photographs and personal items.
Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
At the top of the letter written in black ink is a note that reads "file with application." Another note is written on the top righthand side but is illegible.
