Letter from C.D. Spivak to H. Schwatt, 1910 September 13
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to H. Schwatt in Edgewater, Colorado, requesting that Dr. Schwatt write a report on Helen Eisenberg's health. There was also a letter enclosed for one of Schwatt's patients. At the end, Schwatt is wondering about the condition of I. Epstein and a Mr. Simon Fuchs, who passed away at the Sanatorium. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
