Letter from C.D. Spivak to B. Shiffman, 1910 July 29
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to B. Shiffman in New York, New York, stating that after discussing with S.L. Bresler, the money from the late Charles Sodefsky should be deposited and given to Shiffman. Spivak has written out 4 questions for Shiffman to answer to make sure that he knew Sodefsky and that the money is going to the correct and responsible friend/family. After Shiffman answers, Spivak will consult with an attorney to make sure they act accordingly. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
