Handwritten envelope in black ink from Bridgeport, Connecticut. Addressed to "The Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society, 1421 Court Place, Denver Colorado." Return address reads "The London Clothing, Gents furnishing, Boots and Shoes, Sigmund Hirschberg, Prop, 519 Water St, Bridgeport Connecticut."

From the Series: This series of patient records includes medical reports and histories, statistical data of patients, x-rays, and death certificates. The patient files include applications, correspondence and some may also contain photographs and personal items.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

On the address side of the envelope is a postal stamp in black ink that reads "Bridgeport, Conn, Feb 8, 7pm, 1909." A red stamp is underneath another postal stamp in black in that reads "East Side Station." On the back of the envelope, upside, is a stamp in black ink that reads "Denver, Colo., Feb 11, 7:30am, 1909."
