Typed letter from Boris D. Bogen in Cincinnati, Ohio, to C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, stating that there is a little misunderstanding with patient, Samuel Block. Block has had considerable trouble with staying in one place and wanting to move around. Spivak requested that they send the money as a donation to JCRS Sanatorium, and not directly to Block for he misuses the money. Letter is signe din ink Boris D Bogen.
