Note, 1910 September 22
Typed copy of a note made by C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado. The statement was made by Mr. B. Rothman to Miss F. Morris in the presence of Mr B. Friedland. It states that the late Louis Morris told Rothman that all expenses should be paid from his own money and the balance that is left to be turned over to the Treasury of the JCRS. This same statement was made by H. Schwatt. "After having paid the funeral expenses amounting to $36.50 the SecretarY turned over to the treasury of the JCRS the balance amounting to $39.80." Note is signed in ink "C.D. Spivak, Sec., JCRS."
