Letter from C.D. Spivak to C. Fisher, 1910 February 28
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Miss C. Fisher in Brooklyn, New York informs that JCRS is in receipt of Miss C. Fisher's postal and letter. Replies that Ben Belovsky passed away at the Sanatorium of JCRS on February 4th. Spivak informs that under the date of February 5th a telegram had been wired to Mrs. Annie Nissman to notify of Ben Belovsky passed but had been returned undelivered. Spivak notes that Mrs. Annie Nissman's address was the one given on Ben Belovsky's application and supposed to be that of his sister. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Letter is in poor condition. A handwritten note at the bottom of the letter reads "Original funeral bill given to [illegible due to portion of the letter missing] for use [illegible].
