Handwritten letter in pencil from William Levy in Denver, Colorado, to C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, stating that there is a "consumptive at his place 1532 Larimer St." who has filled out an application 11 weeks ago. This man is Joseph Dreyfus who is now very ill and cannot even walk around. Levy states that he does not have much time left. Levy is requesting that Spivak come to his place and see him. Letter is signed in ink W Levys.

Materials Specific Details
On the front of the letter circled in pencil it reads "File 8/14/09." and on the back hadnwritten in ink there is an address and simple math that has been written down.
