Letter from Joseph Barondess to C.D. Spivak, 1909 August 17
Typed letter from Joseph Barondess in New York to Mr. Chas. D. Spivak [C.D. Spivak] in Denver, Colorado informs that Barondess has enclosed a letter from JCRS patient Jacob Lefkowitz left with Barondess by alderman Adolph Moskowitz. Barondess informs that Moskowitz is a member of the Executive Board of the I.O.B.A. and Barondess explains that Moskowitz has always influenced the order in favor of JCRS. Barondess requests that Lefkowitz's stay be extended until October as requested by Moskowitz and Lefkowitz. Barondess informs that he is sure Spivak's kindness will be reciprocated by futher influence excercised by Moskowitz in favor of JCRS. Letter is signed in black ink by Jos. Barondess.
