Letter from C.D. Spivak to A.D. Achtenberg, 1909 May 18
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mr. A.D. Achtenberg in Missouri informs that Spivak has heard from Mrs. Annie Nowlander, with whom Mr. Hyman Yablonsky boarded, inquiring if Spivak had received any payment for the board bill amounting to $41.25. Spivak informs that in looking over their correspondence, he saw he had sent the letter with the bill on May 3rd. Spivak informs that Mrs. Nowlander is a poor woman and he promised her that the money will be paid to her and so he holds himself responsible to her for the amount due. Spivak expresses hope that he will hear from A.D. Achtenberg soon. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
