Abstract
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Rosie Blumberg in Cincinnati, Ohio, replying to the request to know if her deceased son, Sam Blumberg, said anything before he died. Spivak states that a week before he passed, Sam Blumberg, was requesting to go to Texas but was advised to go home first and then to Texas. Sam Blumberg's plan was to discharge once he was feeling a little stronger and start his travels. Sam's trunk and was expressed shipped to Rosie Blumberg, amounting to a total of $17.80 left from her deceased son. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
