Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Boris D. Bogen in Cincinnati, Ohio, replying to information requested for Sam Blumberg that he entered the JCRS Sanatorium on August 24, 1909, and died on October 15, 1909. It states that "Indeed we will do the 'Johnny on the spot act'" and that Spivak will be in Cleveland. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
