Handwritten letter from Mrs. Harry Shapiro [Florence Shapiro], Secretary of the New York Ladies Auxiliary of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society of Denver, in New York, New York to C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado introduces the bearer of her letter, Miss Evelyn Lichtenstein, who currently resides at 2221 Downing Ave, Denver, Colorado. Mrs. Shapiro informs that Evelyn Lichtenstein was introduced through a very influential woman and Shapiro promised to do all she could to help Lichtenstein. Mrs. Shapiro requests that Spivak see to it that he do all he can to try and admit Lichtenstein as soon as possible. Letter is signed by Mrs. Harry Shapiro.
