Typed letter from Alfred W. Burke in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, stating that in behalf of Mr. Mourice Vortz, Rebecca Vortz's husband, wants to thank Spivak for admitting his wife. Burke is requesting for a letter on Rebecca's condition and the possibility of her recovery. Burkse states that she has left behind 3 children whom he is helping provide for and would really appreciate on Spivaks advice. Letter is signed in ink "Alfred W. Burke."
