Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to the Officers and Members of the Ahavath Sholem Lodge #88 in Providence, Rhode Island. The letter states that a Mr. Louis Olevson has been a patient at the JCRS Sanatorium since September 1st, 1909, to April 18, 1910. Therefore Mr. Olevson is now entitled to receive sick benefit from the worthy lodge. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
