Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to the Officers and Members of the Ahavath Sholem Lodge #88 in Providence, Rhode Island. The letter states that a Mr. Louis Olevson has been a patient at the JCRS Sanatorium since September 1st, 1909 to April 1st, 1910. Therefore Mr. Olevson is now entitled to receive sick benefit if the by-laws of the worthy organization permits it. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
