Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Abrahma Golubow in Edgewater, Colorado, stating that the Admission and Dismission Committee have decied that on May 2nd, 1910 his stay at the JCRS Sanatorium will be terminated. Spivak requests for Golubow to keep the JCRS informed on his whereabouts and how his health is coming around. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
