Letter from C.D. Spivak to Samuel R. Zwetow, 1910 February 10
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Samuel R. Zwetow, chairman of the Admission and Dismission Committee in Denver, Colorado informs that there is a patient in the Sanatorium by the name of Mr. Abe Gutnick and that he is not doing well. Spivak informs that Abe Gutnick has expressed his wish to return to his parents in Cleveland, Ohio. Spivak requests Zwetow look up Gutnick's case and asks if Zwetow can cooperate in complying with Gutnick's wishes. Spivak informs that he understands that the National Jewish Hospital is always ready to take upon itself the responsibility for those who have found shelter under its hospitable roof. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
