Overview
Handwritten letter in ink from A.B. Shepard in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, to C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, stating that Sam Yablonsky was under his care from April to June 1909. Shepard sent Yablonsky to some local hospitals in Pittsburg, where they decided on a singular diagnosis of tuberculosis. Letter is signed in ink "AB Shepard."
