Letter from C.D. Spivak to H.B. Ferguson, 1909 July 24

Identifier: B002.01.0101.0080.00011

Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to H.B. Ferguson in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, stating that the JCRS Sanatorium will have to discharge Sam Yablonsky. Spivak states that they have examined him thoroughly and that there is no evidence of tuberculosis in this case. He proceeds to say it would be an injustice for Mr. Yablonsky to stay in the Sanatorium and that they will give him two weeks before he is discharged. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
