Letter from C.D. Spivak to Chas. Lipshutz, 1909 June 22
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Chas. Lipshutz in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, stating that they received the $21.75 check to be delivered to Louis Twerski, which Spivak did. Twerksi handed a letter to Spivak stated that he has filed his application and that he will be examined by one of the JCRS's physicians this afternoon. This examination will deciede if Twerksi is advisable for a vacancy at the Sanatorium or to start working. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
