Letter from C.D. Spivak to B. Sedler, 1911 October 17
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mr. B. Sedler in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania informs that Spivak is in receipt of Sedler's favor of the 12th requesting information about a relative, Mr. Prensky. Spivak informs that according to records Isaac Prensky was admitted to the JCRS Sanatorium on May 13 1909 and left on September 5, 1909 but that is all the information JCRS has in regards to Mr. Prensky. Informs that Isaac Prensky's application gives the name of his wife, Jennie Prensky in Montreal, Canada. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
