Biographical / Historical
Born in Norway, Ingvar learned Norweigan folk dance in his rural village and in college. Ingvar moved to Boulder in 1985 to advance his education. He has taught Scandinavian folk dance in Boulder and at many folk dance camps across the country. In 1988, Ingvar helped establish the Village Arts Coalition and the Avalon Ballroom.
