Handwritten copy of letter from John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company to Mrs. N. Ostroff [archivist infers that recipient is actually Esther Greenberg, sister of Catherine Queen] in Baltimore, Maryland advises Mrs. Greenberg that the claim on the life of Catherine Queen has been settled. Informs that Hancock's records shows the claim was settled on May 22, 1912 and was paid to the executor under the will of the deceased. Informs that they already paid $293 to Anna Levinson. Letter is unsigned but "Sig" is written in pen at the bottom.
