Copy of letter from C.D. Spivak to Catherine Queen, 1910 November 15
Copy of typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mrs. Catherine Queen in Edgewater, Colorado informs that Henry Cohen, the JCRS attorney, has written Spivak to inform that he has sent for Mrs. Catherine Queen's signature on an affidavit in the matter of making the JCRS the beneficiary of Queen's will but that he has not heard from her yet. Spivak requests that if Catherine Queen has not changed her intentions that she sign the above mentioned affidavit and mail it to Spivak. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
