Fish in Edgewater, Colorado informs that Spivak has received a letter from JCRS lawyer, Henry Cohen, in reference to the request of Mrs. Queen to change the beneficiary of her Prudential Insurance Company. Spivak informs that Cohen asks that Mrs. Queen send a letter to the city where Mr. Robert Wilson, her former beneficiary, to obtain a copy of the death certificate, most likely from the New York Department of Health.
