Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to C.W. Waterman, attorney for Rock Island Limited in Denver, Colorado informs that Spivak certifies that Mr. Marcus Weingarten is a patient at the JCRS Sanatorium since May. Spivak informs that the sanatorium only admits indigent patients and does not charge for board and treatment. Spivak informs that Marcus Weingarten is without means, destitute and without a home but is anxious to return to his family in Cleveland, Ohio. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
