Abstract
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to J. Dashersky, secretary of Rhode Island State Lodge #130 I.O.B.A., in Providence, Rhode Island informs that Spivak recently addressed a letter to Dashersky under the date of June 22nd informing Dashersky that JCRS had invited Joseph Levin to enter the Sanatorium. Spivak informs that the enclosed letter addressed to Spivak from Superintendent Dr. J.B. Fish should be of interest to Dashersky. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
