Letter from C.D. Spivak to J. Dashersky, 1909 April 24
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to J. Dashersky, secertary of the Rhode Island State Lodge #130 I.O.B.A., in Providence, Rhode Island informs that Spivak is replying to a letter regarding Mr. Joseph Levin who has been advised to come to Denver. Spivak informs that there is not currently an opening at JCRS and that the wait can be quite long. Spivak informs that Levin Joseph should come to Denver given he is provided with sufficient means to pay for board and lodging while he waits to be admitted to the Sanatorium. Also informs that the Sanatorium does not accept applications from people outside of Colorado. Spivak informs that JCRS cannot promise to admit Levin before June 15th but they will do whatever they can. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
