Abstract
Handwritten letter from J. Dashersky, secretary of the Rhode Island State Lodge #130 I.O.B.A., in Providence, Rhode Island informs that Dashersky has enclosed a letter of recommendation for a lodge member, Joseph Levin, to be admitted to the JCRS Sanatorium. Dashersky requests Spivak if JCRS can find room for Levin in the Sanatorium as he is a very serious case and has a large family. Letter is signed in black ink by J. Dashersky.
