Contains folders related to environmental assessments of AMC properties from 1990, 1994 and 2002-2003. Multiple property value assesments: two copies of the 1997 appraisal of property value for 1600 Pierce St. and three copies of the 2002 appraisal report; a summary update on the Texas Building appraisal from 1996; architechtual renderings and elevations of the AMC Cancer Research Center property done in 1986; and two appraisals from the JCRS Shopping Center on West Colfax, one from 1959 and one from 1984.

Collection contains board of trustee's minutes, committee minutes, reports, AMC By-laws, name plates, posters, publications, programs, photographs, and scrapbooks related to the AMC Cancer Research Center from 1957 through 2012. The American Medical Center is the successor to JCRS. Additionally, some older material relating to JCRS is also in the collection dating back to 1904.
