Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mrs. S. Heineman in New York City, New York stating that Mr. Louis Klebanoff entered the Sanatorium on October 22, 1909 and has improved his physical condition enough to leave. Letter acknowledges presentation made in previous correspondence and Mr. Klebanoff's stay at the Sanatorium will be extended to May 2, 1910 in response. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
