Western Union Telegraph Company telegram from "Mrs. A. Zeskind [Anna Ziskind] in Tampa, Florida to C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado informs that she wishes her husband, Morris Zeskind, be buried in Denver and "Margotis shall arrange funeral when buried wire." Telegram is unsigned but "Mrs A Zeskind" is typed at the bottom.

Scope and Contents

From the Series: This series of patient records includes medical reports and histories, statistical data of patients, x-rays, and death certificates. The patient files include applications, correspondence and some may also contain photographs and personal items.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

In the top right corner of the telegram are two stamps. One in purple ink reads "August 1909" and one in blue ink "873." Written in pencil is a note at the bottom of the telegram that reads "13 [illegible]."
