Letter from C.D. Spivak to Sam Schwartzberg, 1909 March 10
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Sam Schwartzberg, grand secretary of the Progressive Order of the West in Saint Louis, Missouri informs that Spivak has received the check sent by Schwartzberg for $344.20 coming from the first semi-annual 10 cents per capita of the Grand Lodge in support of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. Spivak informs that in regards to a previous letter regarding Siegman Spivak had already responded but will send copies of letters sent to Schwartzberg and H.L. Brody. Spivak also urges Schwartzberg to send Siegman to Denver as soon as possible and that Siegman will be admitted to the JCRS sanatorium no later than April 15th. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom. A post script reads "enclosed please find receipt #30787."
