Spivak in Denver, Colorado to informs "Meet Mrs. Buchspan thirty years Mrs. Ida Smith, wife of JCRS patient Eli Smith in Massachusetts informs "Regret inform Eli Smith passed away today wire burial instructions immediately." Telegram is unsigned but "C D Spivak Sec" is typed at the bottom.
