Typed letter on Jewish Aid Society of Chicago letterhead from Miriam Kalisky in Chicago, Illinois to C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado requests to submit an application for Ethel Tuberman, who is currently in Denver, at the Sanatorium of the J.C.R.S. Letter states that Ethel Tuberman has no friends or relatives there and the case if far too advanced for the National Jewish Hospital for Consumptives. Letter requests her name be placed on the waiting list and that the sender be informed when there is room for her. Letter is signed "Miriam Kalisky, Asst. Superintendent".
