Letter from C.D. Spivak to P. Apter, 1909 November 22
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver Colorado to Mr. Ph. Apter in Newar, New Jersey states that Carrie Kokush has filed her application on November 5, 1909 and has been invited to enter the J.C.R.S. Sanatorium. Letter states the Sanatorium is doing their best under the circumstances to help the members of the recipient's community. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom. Typed note black ink in the lower left corner of the page that states the same letter was also sent to I. Cohen, Mr. Hollander, Mr. A.I. Siesholtz, and I. Soshinsky.
