Abstract
Typed letter on JCRS letterhead from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mr. E.R. Jones, clerk of W.O.W. Columbine Camp #125, in Lafayette, Colorado requests that Jones furnish Spivak with the correct address of Mrs. Helena Fiertag, whose son Adolph died at the JCRS sanatorium and was a member of Jones' organization. Letter is signed in black ink by C.D. Spivak.
