Letter from C.D. Spivak to H. Schwatt, 1911 April 26
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Dr. H. Schwatt in Edgewater, Colorado informs that Spivak is replying to Schwatt's note. Schwatt had requested Spivak advise the Admission and Dismission Committee of his recommendation of extensions for Miss E. Winograd, Mrs. Zaretzky [Rose Zeretzky], Mr. Blauweiss [Sam Blauweis], Mr. F. Rosner [Fred Rosner], and Mr. Hurwitz. Spivak informs that the Admission and Dismission Committee has decided after careful consideration not to grant the extensions in view of the fact that the number of applicants is constantly increasing and there are a great many urgent cases. Spivak informs that Schwatt is requested to discharge the above mentioned patients on May 1st. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
