Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mrs. R. Zaretzky [Rose Zeretzky] in Edgewater, Colorado informs that the Admission and Dismission Committee begs leave to inform that Rose Zeretzky's stay at the JCRS Sanatorium will terminate May 1st. Letter requests Zeretzky make all preparations to leave the institution on that day and that she keep JCRS informed on her health and whereabouts. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
